Piney River Ranch – Cancellation Policy

All individual bookings require a 14 day cancellation prior to your arrival date in writing to receive a refund – no exceptions. Booking Fee is non refundable regardless of when you cancel. “All accommodation buyouts” require a 21 day cancellation prior to your arrival date in writing to receive a refund – no exceptions. If you cancel your individual reservation within 14 days or full buyout within 21 days, you will be charged 100% of your booking – no exceptions. We request that you do not call to cancel as all cancellation requests need to be submitted in writing.
